This wine is made from Sangiovese grosso, Canaiolo Nero and Trebbiano grapes. Its name comes from the production zone of the vineyards called "Caggiole". It is sold while still young, and is a wine to be drunk throughout the meal, ruby in colour with a fresh dry flavour and grapey aroma. Alcoholic strength 12%. Serving temperature 16/18°C. In 75 cl Bordeaux bottles. |
