Vino da Tavola made from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes with about 20% Chardonnay. Its name comes from the vineyards from which it is produced, in the zone called "Caggiole".
The wine is pale straw yellow in colour with a flowery aroma and flavour.It goes with starters, fish, fresh cheese and mildly flavoured dishes.
Alcoholic strength 11.5%.
Serving temperature 12/14°C in 75 cl Bordeaux bottles. |
